A federal judge turned down laws pushed by Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker. The measures let undocumented students pay reduced in-state tuition at public universities. Past rulings also struck down Illinois’ sanctuary policies and other Pritzker moves on immigration. The Trump administration has also been winning similar cases. No word yet from the Illinois Attorney General on the latest case.
